Over the past year Holy Trinity Cooneen have been carrying out a series of improvements to both the hall and church buildings. Both buildings have been fully rewired. Cooneen church has had the sound system and speakers improved and also a complete set of interior lighting installed, as the existing was beyond repair.
To mark these improvements, we will be holding a service of thanksgiving where these gifts will be dedicated for use in the worship and praise of almight God. This service will be on Sunday 2nd April 2017 at 3pm, and will be followed by tea and refreshments in the parish hall. ‘Some aspects of the Reformation’
The Bishop of Clogher will travel around three venues across the Clogher Diocese to address parishioners in an informal manner. In 2017 many Christians will be commemorating the anniversary of the Reformation in Germany. As Luther discovered himself reconciled to Christ by faith, we remember that God has reconciled us through Jesus Christ whose love compels us to be ministers of reconciliation. Everyone is welcome and as same talk will be given in all three venues, you are invited to attend the closest or most suitable venue. 14th February @ 7.30pm – St Macartin’s Cathedral, Enniskillen 21st February @7.30pm – St Patrick’s Church, Monaghan 28th February @7.30pm – St Macartan’s Cathedral, Clogher Do you wear NHS hearing aids?
